  We had a wonderful stay in San Sebastián and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel at home right away. The apartment itself was beautiful, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also fantastic — we were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring San Sebastián so easy and enjoyable. We truly loved our stay and would happily come back. We couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Thank you for making our time in San Sebastián so special!

  TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE-A FUIR

  Seulement la situation. géographique

  Annonce mensongère car indiqué 2 salles de bain alors qu'une seule en réalité et une pièce avec 1WC avec un lavabo. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Juste une clim mobile dans la salon et contrainte de laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes pour recevoir une peu d'air frais donc pas d'intimité. De simples ventilateurs au plafond dans les 2 chambres. Odeur des égouts désagréable dans l'appartement. Une fenêtre intérieure coté cuisine qui donne sur des combles avec des détritus, câbles électriques et saletés, horrible! Les lits sont très inconfortables, notamment la chambre avec 2 lits cote à cote: au réveil le matin, de vrais hamacs (quasi pliés en deux sans mentir) qui tuent le dos. Dans l'autre chambre à 2 lits, en réalité, un lit simple et un lit tiroir qu'il faut tirer et ma fille s'est blessée sur le lame métallique en le tirant. Nous avions pris 2 nuits et voulions tout de suite partir en contactant l'hôte mais nous avons du rester la première nuit car l'hôte ne répondait pas avons du contacter Booking pour faire annuler la deuxième. Nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé de la Seconde nuit. De plus, quand nous sommes rentrés dans l'appart, une odeur de Cannabis très forte probablement du au fait que la personne qui avait fait le ménage dans l'appartement y avait fumé avant. Enfin, le prix n'était pas donné donc un très mauvais rapport qualité prix! Conclusion: très mauvaise expérience. En tant que membre Genius c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive alors que nous limitons les risques en prenant toujours des logements bien notés supérieurs à 8.

  Fantastic stay, thank you

  The place was really great. Location was perfectly situated on the outskirts of the old town, between both the surfing and swimming/sunbathing beaches. It was clean and tidy. A big plus was the furniture. We were able to comfortably hang out on the sofas as a family of 4 with no one in a lesser seat. It was easy to get access, with 2 sets of keys plus an emergency access option which was very reassuring. Communication in advance was best I've had, and they let us check in early at no extra charge because the apartment was ready. Loads of storage and some nice extras like washing up liquid, washing machine tabs, lots of toilet roll, etc. The beds were very soft and comfortable which was perfect for sore post surf bodies. It was all well thought through.

  There wasn't really anything not to like. On the days it rained, there was a slight smell of sewage systems in the main bathroom, but the window kept on top of it and it didn't permeate.
