    AVOID

    The air conditioning fan was leaking which causes harmful toxins. There was a hole in the kitchen, where the wall would peel back and you could literally se outside onto the street which was very unsafe especially if you have children. The apartment itself was dirty and pictures have been placed on the wall to cover up holes or electrical wires sticking out etc. The location was very rough. There were homeless people sleeping outside our apartment.

    I asked to keep our luggage from the time of booking and he said yes but at the time of we leave he said no because of other people booked.
