    A lovely 4-night break in a delightful little town.

    The location was perfect: right next to the Castle and within walking distance of many pubs and restaurants. Numerous walks into the surrounding countryside (details available from tourist information office) kept us well occupied so we did not need to use our car during our stay and left it parked in the gated parking area. The church was also worth a visit (good view from top of the tower). Regarding the accommodation, it was the best equipped we have ever stayed in and, despite its central position it was very quiet.

    Instructions for finding the key box could be a bit more precise as it is easy to overlook it under the shadow of the tree. I suggest something to the effect of: "Enter by the pedestrian gate next to the carpark gate and the key box can be found high on the back of the wall under the tree immediately on your right."

    Perfectly located cottage in tip top condition fabulous for short stays & more.

    Centrally located for exploring Ludlow & beyond but also nicely quiet when it came to time for sleeping. Really well kitted out with everything thought of for our two night stay. Parking in the centre is an absolute bonus and gave us peace of mind.

    If we were being really picky it would be that the sofas are very firm and not the most comfortable to sit on, altho they do fit the lovely decor perfectly.
