  Our beautiful Getaway

  The Cottage & expansive gardens were beautiful & so pleasant to walk around & explore. Lots of memorbillia to look at inside & outside Bella Mia. The kitchen was well supplied with all manor of cooking utensils & even ingredients to bake a cake! The early morning sunlight that flooded in through the windows warming the kitchen cosy & comforting. The early morning birdsong delightful to listen too. There are resident Guinea Fowl, Chooks, Rooster & 2 Sheep keeping the lawns down. I could have lingered longer the tranqility of the Cottage & gardens felt healing. Thanks for having us🙏💓

  Fantastic property oozing with charm 10/10

  What a fantastic property, oozing with charm and everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the country. Kath keeps the property in excellent condition and nothing was too much, she is even an expert on the local wild produce that is grown in the area and a wealth of information. Pool, gardens, tennis court and alfresco area are all great for entertaining with the added bonus of multiple fire pits, bbq and pizza ovens. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you Kath and Nick for the amazing property you provide for your guests

  Beautiful grounds that are well maintained by Kath. The house is comfortable and clean, with lots of options for outdoor and indoor cooking. The property is within walking distance to a pine forest, perfect for pine mushies in the right season. The kids loved the animals and chatting with Kath. It was a secluded property and safe enough for the kids to wander on their own. Kath was there to help when we needed, giving us some advice on local sites, especially Tantanoola caves and the pines sinkhole where we spotted an endangered spiny yabbie. It was a tucked away gem. Town is about 15-17 mins away, and is very established with plenty to see, eat and do.

  If you enjoy country living and a gorgeous view, there isn't anything not to like. Just make sure you bring some wellies in the wet season so you don't have to dry shoes in front of the fire as there will be morning and evening frost in the paddock. But if you don't like the paddock, there is plenty to explore!
