  Большое спасибо! Мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Апартаменты красивые, уютные и комфортные, расположение очень удобное — в самом историческом центре. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасную звукоизоляцию. Несмотря на то, что апартаменты находятся в самом центре, в довольно оживлённом и шумном районе, внутри очень тихо. Мы путешествовали с двухлетним ребёнком, и он прекрасно спал и днём, и ночью — шум с улицы совершенно не мешал. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, прекрасно оборудованы кухня и ванная. Нас очень тепло и дружелюбно встретили. Нам было очень приятно провести эти дни в таком красивом и уютном месте. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

  Beautiful apartment with poor management

  The apartment has great potential: an excellent central location, beautiful artistic decor, and a lot of character. Unfortunately, it is very poorly maintained and lacks basic comfort and cleanliness.

  The kitchen was dirty. The dishwasher still had food residue from previous guests, and the pots, pans, and plates had dried food stuck to them. The appliances are old, the washing machine was dirty, and the refrigerator was covered in ice. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The AC in the living room did not work, making the apartment unbearably hot. I contacted the agent, Elena, who asked me whether I had set the air conditioning correctly. 🙄 Of course I know how to use an AC, and the settings were correct. After that, she stopped responding to my messages. I later noticed another review dated August 16 mentioning exactly the same problem. At check-out, I was told that a technician had been contacted but was on vacation. As a result, we paid for three bedrooms but could only use two because the heat in the third room was unbearable. The beds and pillows were also uncomfortable. In the bedroom with two single beds, the mattresses are particularly small and uncomfortable. There were also some very basic things missing: there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and not even a paper towel in the kitchen. Meanwhile, there are notes throughout the apartment reminding guests to empty the air-conditioning water containers every day and take out the rubbish. We did take out some of the rubbish, but there were no replacement bags available. These may seem like small details, but they make a big difference. It is a shame because the apartment is beautifully decorated and has a fantastic location, but there is simply not enough attention to cleanliness, maintenance, or guest comfort. Unfortunately, it does not feel worth the price. I hope this review encourages the owners/management to improve the cleaning and maintenance and, most importantly, to show more consideration and respect for their guests.

  Satisfactory appartment

  Vast appartment Great A/C in both rooms Good location Nice welcome from Elena !

  The A/C is not strong enough in the living room and it was very hot during our stay. Kitchen very hot too as only a ceiling fan no A/C. Appartment could be slightly refurbished.
