Very nice. I would stay there again.

    Cleanliness and space

Towels are not great. The quality and quantity of towels can really be improved. Eg. A hand towel and body towel per guest. Instructions for checking in and obtaining the key upon arrival was not communicated. Parking bay number not communicated. Netflix was down on first night.

Location was excellent. Not the 1st time staying at these apartments

Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the area, due to a municipality issues. The host however bended over backwards to ensure that we got other accommodation that was not affected by the power outage.

    A real disappointment

    Not very much

The power was off for 6 hours at a time, which wasn't the host's fault, but he provided one light for 4 people. He never answered queries or requests. There was no wi-fi, no instructions for the TV, which we were unable to operate. Simple things like hand soap in basins, drying up towels, a toaster or even a few spoons of coffee were missing. Huge potential, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone. I would never go back.
