Disappointing 1-night stay instead of 20 nights
The property is located 10 minutes from a large shopping center and logistics hub, has an underground parking and has a supermarket 300m away from the building.
The property was messy and not clean at all, had lots of hair, stains, didn't even have some basics like a kettle or a pot to warm water. Only 1 set of sheets was provided, though the property was informed that 3 persons will check in. Hosts took 1 day to reply and haven't dispatched someone immediately to resolve the situation. And finally, the property was not equipped even with batteries for the thermostat, and my family had to endure cold in the night. From a planned 20-nights stay I only used 1 and was forced to leave prematurely due to unhealthy sanitry conditions. Also, the property managers were not keen to issue a refund, and I had to escalate to Booking for successful resolution. Sadly, I can't recommend this property, and hope in future service could be improved.

Un apartment modern și curat
M-am simțit bine la Bella Vista Apartments E un apartment mare și bine utilat. Nu avea mașină de spălat rufe / vase - dar nu mi-a trebuit.
Parcarea subterană - înghesuită, prost gândită. Parcarea supraterană (comună vilelor) - proprietarii îți lasă mesaje pe parbriz dacă le ocupi locurile de parcare.
