This is the worst experience of my life, and I've been using Booking for 12 years.

The owner should be banned from Booking, I slept outside after 14h flight. My booking was made 8 months before and the host was asking me to cancel due to the overbooking that she made. She never picked my call or any apologies, she was reading my message. Thanks God I found an emergency place because her apartment was already occupied by someone before my arriving. In my entire life never had this kind of issue, I am using booking since 12 years now.

The host is very disrespectful and everything is just about money, she is not an organized person. Please avoid this place and I will suggest you Hotel or apart hotel. No private host anymore only if I am using Airbnb.

    Ottimo

Tutto ottimo dalla disponibilità della proprietaria nonostante notevole ritardo dell'aereo all'alloggio alla reception senz'altro lo consiglio.
