    Não tem elevador para subir a bagagem e não tem ninguém entre 10:30 e 15:020 h para atender.

    Very comfortable central location, a great place to explore the city!

    Very clean, central location, big room and staff were very helpful

    Although super central, this also means that it is very noisy too. The double glazed windows were not enough to keep the noise of the street and bars close by. Get some earplugs!

    We would stay there again.

    Excellent location, delicious breakfast at nearby cafe included. The main host was a great communicator (when he communicated). Room was comfy and had all we needed.

    The property doesn't have a staff person there all the time. Whereas Michael was great when he was available, there were times when no one on their end responded to our messages. Also, the entrance is very dark and needs a night light outside the entry door & stairs.

    Palermo Beautiful Stay!

    Beautiful room! So comfortable! Great location in Palermo! Michele was such a wonderful host, helping us with information and making sure we were comfortable! This is a beautiful B&B close to all the sights of Palermo. Michele gave us recommendations to many restaurants and we had the best Arancini and the most delightful cannoli made in front of you in a beautiful church bakery! Michele helped add highlights to our stay! We definitely recommend this beautiful place!
