Sejur vara,calator singur
Am calatorit vara, pentru o competitie. Pentru nevoile mele a atins ce am avut nevoie. Localizat imediat langa iesirea de funicular. Aproape de centru. View foarte frumos (daca nu ceata😀). O cafenea draguta in imediata apropiere. Apartament spatios. Pentru mine pernele si patul au fost comode. Am rugat pentru late checkout ai a fost posibil.
Am avut senzatia ca cel putin in zona de bucatarie nu era tocmai igienic in anumite zone. Nu au fost produse de toaleta in afara unui sapun de maini. Hartie igienica insificienta. Probabil m-am obisnuit sa apreciez macar o sticla de apa lasata in pretul camerei, pentru oaspeti, nu mai zic de o cafea, asa ca am remarcat in sens negativ ca nu a existat acest mic gest de bun venit al oaspetilor. Nu am apreciat nici partea de prosoape pentru igiena corporala. Culori diferite. Aspect uzat. Ca oaspete, nu am simtit confort sa le folosesc. Initial nu am stiut ca locatia este fix langa iesirea de la funicular si desi scria numele, Bellavista, pe google arata drum undeva in spatele funicularului, am crezut efectiv ca sunt locatii diferite (asa cum se intampla frecvent) - ar fi fost util ca acest aspect sa fie clarificat.

Die Lage sowie die Ausstattung der Küche waren sehr ok.
Eher unbequemes Bett sowie ein kleines Badezimmer ohne Fenster sowie ohne Be-und Entlüftung. Reinigung könnte verbessert werden.

Super nice flat with unique view
The agency were I collected the keys did not give clear details of how to find the room so we went again to them , after she called the owner so he waited for us at the door of the flat to show us which one was it as there was no number on the door. The elvator was new and that made up for the dated building. The owner provided all cleaning products including soap for dish washer and washing dishes by hand. The owner provided some essential ingredients in the kitchen like sugur, salt and pepper and oil. Nspresso coffee machine added to the quality of the stay. The furniture was new and bathroom also and the wood work in the flat was really nice.
The look of the building was dated but that was only first impression , later we did not even bother. The cloth washing facility was complicated , but there was 2 laundry shops nearby that do laundry by the weight so we used one of them. could not find any kettle for hot water boiling in the kitchen.
