    We had a wonderful day with a gracious host. The walk to town is beautiful. The views from the room were stunning.

    Roberto was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He offered us rides to and from town and the train station as well as the grocery store. We could not have asked for a better host. The panoramic view from the balcony was spectacular.

    It is a fair walk to reach Varenna. However, it’s ideally located if you have your own vehicle.

    Roberto was an exceptional host. The house was beautiful but up a lot of steps. The view was amazing and the house had all that you need for a stay. He made great recommendations for restaurants and even made a reservation for us. He offered to pick us up from the train station and town after dinner. He carried luggage up for us. Highly recommend and will stay again whenever visiting Lake Como.

    location. Its not Varenna. Close by but hard to get there. 4th floor with no elevator
