Experience was as described,the apartment was beautiful,exactly as it looks,the pool was great but the big BONUS was the back side gate gave great access to the man Street and a small stroll to the local bars ,La Zinea was only under 6 euros great value,if any gets a chance try Aisa Fusion across the road stunning food a huge portions,and also a must is NO 17 an Italian restaurant absolutely beautiful food and great staff and atmosphere delightful.
The only down fall and I'm just nippng at this ,is very poor public transport.

Udany pobyt ale pewne niedociągnięcia wymagają poprawy
Kompletne wyposażenie apartamentu z jednym zastrzeżeniem mało sztućców w kuchni. Rozmiary apartamentu idealnie pasujące dla rodziny 2 plus 2. Bliskie sąsiedztwo brzegu morza i plaży. Bardzo fajny basen i dostęp do niego. Stosunkowo cicha uliczka i bezproblemowe parkowanie wynajętego auta tuż przy apartamencie.
Niesprawna klimatyzacja od 1. dnia pobytu w salonie pogorszyła komfort czasu spędzonego w domu w tym również snu nocą. Mimo tego że spalismy tam 9 nocy klimatyzacja przez cały ten okres nie została naprawiona/wymieniona. Zapchany odpływ pod prysznicem w pierwszym dniu pobytu bedacy efektem niedokładnego sprzątania - na szczęście udało sie nam jako gościom to naprawić.

Great apartment, fantastic location.
The apartment is just as shown in the pictures and very easy to find. You have everything you need, including chairs for the beach, a sun umbrella, and a portable cooler. The apartment is 3–4 minutes from La Caleta/Cabo Roig beach, and also within walking distance of a supermarket and the Cabo Roig strip, with loads of restaurants and bars (5-7 minutes). You won’t need a car to get around the area, there’s also a bus nearby that takes you to Zenia Boulevard and Torrevieja. Great view, great pool! Great communication with the host, who also left us a bottle of wine and some water. The AC and the Internet worked as normal, no issues. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!
