    The service was excellent, anything we asked for was dealt with immediately.

    Quiet setting, comfortable bed, good shower, well appointed

    Lack of a heated towel rail which in Taupo in the winter is a biggie. We struggled to get our towels dry. Maybe 2 towels each over the three days we were here would help.

    Excellent!

    The whole booking and entering process was easy. Very spacious for a little cottage, plenty of supplies like shower gel, towels, tea/coffee as well as handy cleaning supplies even gloves. We were given a few welcome treats AND the heatpump was on when we arrived late at night which was so lovely! Very happy with our stay, comfortable and private. Many thanks.

    The shower needs thorough cleaning on the bottom outside and up the top where the steam roof is.
