    The apartment was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the linen of good quality.

    The only thing that we didn't like, was the fact the the lift was not working correctly, the ground level button didn't work. In saying that, I received multiple texts of apologies from the company, as due to a long weekend, it could not be rectified before we left.

    Disappointing.

    An initial problem with the booking was resolved relatively quickly once I contacted the agent. It was unclear if the double booking was due to Booking.com or the agent but was resolved. The apartment was clean and tidy.

    The representation of the rooms and space in the apartment as shown online, including the photos of the road and parking felt inaccurate. The couch was very uncomfortable and really needs replacing. There was a slight smell of either smoke or from the car exhausts as the balcony is over a busy road. The price of the accommodation was high for the experience we had.
