    Gute Erreichbarkeit und freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Hübsche kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick. Die verschiedenen Zimmer individuell und nett hergerichtet, das Bett war bequem und alles super sauber. Das alte Palazzo-Gebäude liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung direkt am Bellini Park aber dank Schallschutz und Verdunklungsläden hat man es einigermaßen ruhig. Gebührenpflichtge Parkplätze findet man in der Nähe. Ein Glück (!), dass es einen Privat-Aufzug gibt, ansonsten hätte man sehr viele Stufen in diesem gigantischen Treppenhaus nehmen müssen.

    Die Baustelle im Hof verdirbt den guten Eindruck vom Gebäude. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es etwas zu viele Stufen im Korridor sowie zum Bad im Zimmer. Das sind aber alles Dinge, mit denen man zurecht kommt, wenn man nicht gehbehindert ist. Das einzige was uns geärgert hat, war die Tatsache, dass wir zum ersten Mal nach 3 Wochen Sizilien das Wasser in unserem kleinen Zimmer Kühlschrank (0,5 l /1,50 €) bezahlen mussten und es keinen Hinweis dazu gab. Das war in den anderen 9 Unterkünften gratis. Andere B&Bs haben gefiltertes Wasser oder Wasserflaschen (kostenlos) sowie Softdrinks u.a. auf Vertrauenskasse zusätzlich in der Gemeinschaftsküche angeboten und das hat offenbar gut funktioniert. Da könnte man sich dann auch den Kühlschrank im Zimmer sparen, der war ziemlich laut nachts, so dass wir ihn abgestellt haben.

    Clean, quiet and a comfy bed! Really enjoyed my stay

    Had a wonderful stay here! Excellent location, just off Via Etnea. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the inside of the building is currently having major building works, but the B&B itself is on the top floor and was lovely. The room was really clean, quiet and comfortable, with a very comfy bed. As a solo female traveller, I also felt safe staying here. Would definitely recommend!

    Purtroppo la struttura antica è in ristrutturazione e l’insieme del palazzo aveva l’aspetto del cantiere … non il massimo insomma, ma non è colpa del proprietario della casa.
