    Disappointed

    My husband and I were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room smelled strongly of mildew, the furniture was old and worn, and the room did not have the balcony listed in the amenities. Our biggest concern was safety. The door hinges were loose, and there was a noticeable gap around the door that made us feel someone could potentially break in. We did not feel safe staying there. The hotel was also very difficult to find because the hotel name was not displayed on the building. We had to call the front desk several times for directions. Because of the condition of the room and the security concerns, we decided to leave rather than stay the night. This was not the experience we paid for, and I would not recommend this hotel. I am requesting a full refund due to the unsafe conditions and inability to stay in the room.

    Super consigliato per il mare e per vedere la città!

    Posizione ottima, carina la piscina con possibilità di rinfrescarsi nelle giornate afose. Luiz super carino e servizievole per ogni eventuale richiesta ed esigenza!

    Tutto ottimo! Un piccolo consiglio capace di fare la differenza aggiungerei la pulizia della casa e il cambio degli asciugamani dopo il terzo giorno

    L'emplacement etait excellent , au calme et dans un endroit sécurisé. L'hôtel est tres beau et dispose d'une piscine et cest super dans la chaleur de Miami. Le personnel est vraiment un plus, a l image de Luiz qui est quelqu'un de très sympathique et tres arrangeant.

    Quelques petites choses a améliorer ( petites taches, mobilier un peu usé) mais ce n'est pas grand chose et ça n'a pas gêné notre séjour
