    A lovely resort with lots of activities, pools, food and a great beach

    All the facilites, cafe’s, restaurants, activities, pools and the beach.

    The rooms and cleaning aren’t up to the standards of the hotel, also some of the reception employees weren’t helpful and weren’t english speakers which is important in a hotel.

    Good facilities, but disappointing staff, poor reception service and unacceptable handling of our complaint.

    The hotel has good facilities and a pleasant setting for a family holiday.

    Unfortunately, our family holiday was overshadowed by an accident at the hotel’s water slides, which resulted in my sister suffering an ankle injury requiring hospital treatment. We paid €850 in medical expenses, including charges for the doctor at the hotel and transportation to the hospital, which were not clearly disclosed in advance despite our enquiries. What disappointed us most was the handling of the situation afterwards. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive the incident report or the supporting evidence behind the hotel’s internal investigation. We were repeatedly referred between the hotel and the medical provider without receiving clear answers about the disputed charges. For a five-star resort, we expected greater transparency, care and professionalism following such an incident. Our formal complaint remains unresolved.
