    It's a lovely apartment with an amazing view. Parking right outside and it has everything you could need in the kitchen. The walk down to the lake is fine but also parking by the lake is very easy so you have options. I would happily stay in tha apartment again. Once again the view is lovely.

    Les poubelles sur le balcon, le hamac qu’on ne peut pas trop installer , le jeu de piste à l’arrivée pour trouver les clés

    Overall…despite the issues mentioned …we enjoyed our stay.

    There was no breakfast. Regarding location…prior to arrival I called to ask if the Menaggio ferry was walkable from the apt. I was told yes…it was a 20 minute walk. Fortunately we decided to rent a car. The ferry is absolutely not walkable. Beyond dangerous. Renters should be told the location is great but only with a car.

    1- The primary entrance to the unit (used by everyone) is a one-way going the WRONG way. Initially finding the unit following GPS we were forced to enter from a remote barely passable back entrance. This was because the GPS would not guide us to the “one-way/wrong-way” entrance. Was very frustrating and confusing and unusual. Should have been explained to us prior to arrival. 2- Bathing in both bathrooms was a problem. Largest bathroom was beautiful with rain shower-shower-head and wand. But no shower curtain. How does one shower without a curtain? Is the water just supposed to flood the floor and then get mopped up? Was forced to kneel and use the wand. Awful. The other bathroom did have a shower door but the water was not draining. We called for service…was told they would fix but never came. 3- We called asking how the dryer worked and how the dishwasher worked. We were told someone would stop by to show us. No one ever came. 4- Door knob from entrance door fell off on day 2…called for service…again told they would come by to fix…no one ever came. Assistance regarding our modest reasonable issues was completely ignored.
