Astonishing view, best value for the money.

The view, oh the view! It's even better in person. Also the location, you are pretty near the bigger village of Leno, where you have everything you need like groceries, petrol pump and cafes. The parking is amazing for this part of Italy, plenty of space, secure from the road, tho not right in front of the house, it's an easy 1min walk.

If I were the owner, I would add some type of a carpet or rugs, at least in front of the beds and in bathroom. That's all.

The location is fantastic! The view from the balcony and access to the lake to swim right in front of the house. There is also a little garden with a grill place.
