The view and location. Very quiet.

The mattress was not very good, probably needs replacement. Range hood falls off. Better light bulbs needed. Very dark. Toilet flush doesn't shut off. Hot water worked well in shower but not in kitchen sink or vanity. Terrace needs a clean and gardening

    Great view

Lovely little appartment with good amenities and breathtaking view! Location is great, a bit up hill (or down) but worth an effort for the quiet experience and views across the country side and lake.

The generous terrace could use of a bit of shading as it faces south, and it becomes scorching hot for midday - afternoon in the mid summer.
