Great location.
Great quiet location good breakfast and helpful owners.
The room 4 bed was quite uncomfortable and creaked when we moved in it. Also it was annoying that the extractor fan and light came on automatically whenever the toilet room door was opened. Especially as we got up in the early hours for the loo.

Convenient location and excellent value for money.
The location is very close to the ferry terminal. It is rather dated but comfortable and excellent value for money. The breakfast is very good, especially the fresh fruit salad. The eggs could be cooked a couple more minutes.

Allan and team were excellent. Most welcoming and helpful. He was exceptionally talented in breakfast preparation and presentation. The view ofmBrodickmBay is excellent.
The rooms were comfortable but bathrooms could use some refreshing.
