Sehr netter Empfang nach äusserst kurzfristiger Buchung. Top ausgestattete Zimmer. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

I wrote to the staff about this when we arrived and got no answer. When we arrived the toilet had been used and there were feces floating in the toilet - so obviously it was used and not cleaned prior to our arrival! This was disturbing! Then, it turned out that the windows open to the light well where all the airconditioners (from all the rooms) were releasing hot air and noise. So it was impossible to open the window. Had we known this we would not have booked the room or asked for a different room, especially since the rooms are advertised with a wonderful sea view. These two things make this property not worth our time and money. And in fact if there is a way I would like to ask for our money back. Very disappointing!
