    Fairy Tale Stay with amazing views and location!

    EVERYTHING! Exceptional hotel with FABULOUS views and location.

    First night, we ate dinner at "a la carte'" and literally were waiting for service for 25 minutes. Staff was running around past us. New customers were being seated and receiving drinks while we had nothing. We ended up stopping manager and complained. Waiter came and said he had a large party of 20. Almost ruined an incredible 1st impression start. We had reservations the next night for our anniversary in the Gondola Fondue. Almost cancelled due to first impression, however, we did not and had a fabulous time. Waitress was from the Ukraine (sorry forgot her name). Breakfast buffet was nice, however, after 4 days it was always the same. A change up with maybe sausage or quiche would be a good thought.
