    Väldigt slitet, nerstängd pool,oengagerad personal men bra läge

    Nära till pool, hav och restauranger

    Mesta av poolområdet var stängt trots att både personal och skyltar sa att det skulle vara öppet. Badvakter som skällde på alla som kasta en boll, skvätte, hoppa ner i poolen. Barn fick inte ha flyttringar… Istället tittade de på dina mobiler hela tiden, så några av oss fick rädda en kvinna som inte kunde simma.

    Pleasant

    Benal Beach apts are very centrally located with good access to public transport. Lots of things around apartment such as bars and restaurants. Balcony was quite big. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Extremely good communication with the agent.

    No air conditioning in twin room. Sofa is very dated and needs replacing. Furniture on balcony very basic and plastic , armchairs uncomfortable.

    Fantastic location and outdoor space.

    Fantastic location , right across the road from the Beach and promenade . Loads of lovely restaurants in area. Taxi rank and bus stops right outside. The balcony space is fantastic , spacious , lovely views and loads of outdoor furniture. Inside had everything you need, cooking facilities, comfortable beds, blackout blinds, smart tv etc Owners in touch and answered any queries asap Pools and slides amazing for our kids , all loved them .

    Plugs not working in places particularly in main bedroom which was frustrating to charge phone etc. Shower didn’t drain properly and as only one between 5, we had to space showers to allow time to drain or floor was covered in water . Paying 5 euro a day per sunbed for pool adds up for a family, but the owners have 2 foldable chairs we used some days. Found reception rude and not generally helpful with queries.
