It's a nice apartment.
The apartment is in a noisy neighborhood. There are restaurants and a ruin bar. All night people are screaming and peeing in the street. Luckily we stayed on the fifth floor but we could hear the noise very hard though.

Apartment is modern and comfortable.
There is a pub across the road and shisha bar below and there were obtrusive loud noises all night upto almost 4 am every night. There was also lots of teenagers staying in the building that behaved poorly and partied all night. It was impossible to sleep 3 consecutive nights in a row and there was little insulation in the windows. The chip collection system in lock box is problematic. There were no chips to access building main entrance in the lockbox when we arrived! Both hosts did not answer their phone for an hour. As result we had an anxious wait to see if we would be able to actually enter the accomodation. When the host did finally reply there was no apology offered. There was no spare key in the apartment although there was a lock box and the host didnt seem to know the code which is perplexing. Finally the only way to enter the apartment is a smart lock app on phone. This is not ideal either as if your phone dies you have no way of entering or exiting apartment!
