    We are return guests, and each time comment on all the little things that are added that make the difference. Good parking, fantastic views, personal welcome, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, good shower, flexible ample breakfast, thoughtful extras everywhere, really quiet and tucked in above the town. It's like a penthouse for Kaikoura

    There were only 4 pieces if homemade shortbread. Lol Nothing!!

    Gorgeous views, beautiful room, excellent bed and friendly host who will make good breakfast in the morning

    The views! Stunning, inspiring, calming. Very friendly host, nice breakfast and room is brilliantly equipped with everything you need smartly fitted in a cupboard with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, tea, water, glasses, plates, etc. Location also 10/10, ample parking, gorgeous lawn in front for sitting and night-stargazing.
