    🌿💚 A little piece of paradise! Breathtaking views, a beautiful waterfall, and amazing wildlife.

    We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was lovely, from the great location to the convenient parking. We felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

    Everything was wonderful! I especially loved the beautiful scenery, the waterfall, and the animals. Being surrounded by nature made the experience truly special and memorable. One small suggestion would be to consider offering breakfast as an optional service for guests who would appreciate it.

    Nice that impressed with service and communication. Security issues.

    The lodge is situated in a beautiful, scenic location that is far enough away where you feel secluded but still close enough to restaurants and shopping like The Gables

    We some problems with security personnel who acted really weird and frankly made us feel insecure about staying there. The man claimed he was checking in on us. My husband happened to have stepped away so it was just myself, my 8 month old baby & my elderly mom. Despite politely telling him we were okay, he kept advancing towards me and not leaving. I closed the security gate to our door and he reached through with his hand trying to hold mine. I firmly told him to leave several times and he would not. He finally left when my husband showed up. Although he was wearing what appeared to be security uniform, his behavior was just really bizarre and creepy. We tried to call the staff numerous times (between 8-10:30 pm) but they didn't pick up the phone & the after hours phone numbers including the numbers of the owners were not reachable. The owner and management were apologetic the next day. They claimed the security guard was getting replaced, I don't know if that is true or not. They also claimed the after hours reception didn't have strong wifi so our calls weren't going through on WhatsApp... I told them we can not be the only international guests they have and also, they should not advertise they are reachable on WhatsApp if that's the case.
