    Bien para una semana pero necesita bastante mantenimiento.

    La situación es muy buena. La piscina y el aíre acondicionado nos vinieron muy bien para los días tan calurosos que hubo. La WiFi funcionó bien y eso era importante en nuestro caso. Estaba bien surtido de platos, tazas,....

    La casa necesita mantenimiento: Bombillas que no funcionan o que ni existen, muebles en mal estado, sábanas que están hartas de hacer servicio, algún lavabo que no traga bien. La puerta del servicio del dormitorio grande no existe (están las bisagras y el hueco del cerrojo) lo que hace que sea bastante desagradable.

    Spacious house in comfortable location.

    House is located in very nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the sea, close to the old town, in between 2 big markets, and lots of restaurants in walking distance. It is also spacious inside and with nice outdoor seating area. It was clean. Owner was responsive and helpful. Ratio of price to value was exceptional.

    Could use few refurbishment here and there. Few times electricity would go off, or AC would stop working (but all was very easy to fix/reboot). Nothing major and honestly irrelevant at such price.

    Could be great

    Great location, close to everything we needed and not too close that it was noisy. Staff responded promptly to whatsapp messages when I had questions.

    House needs some finishing touches to make it more comfortable and homely, e.g. headboards on beds, handwash, hand towels, door to the ensuite bathroom. Would also benefit from a welcome pack of some kind with notes about the wifi password, where the outdoor pool is etc.
