    Cucarachas

    Lo único bueno es que la zona de la piscina está bien

    Cuando llegué vi varias cucarachas, era consciente de que es un ecolodge asi que lo deje pasar, simplemente avisé en recepción y retiraron dos. Volví por la noche y vi dos mas, pensé bueno, duermo con la mosquitera por debajo del colchón y ya (tenia mis maletas encima de la cama y todo). Cuando fui a dormir por la noche sorpresa, había una cucaracha dentro de la cama (y eso ya no me hace gracia). No había nadie en recepción y eran las 12 de la noche, ningún otro hotel tenía disponibilidad. Tuve que dormir en la zona de la piscina y me fui a la mañana siguiente. Ni siquiera dormí en la cama, ni consumí el desayuno, iba a estar 3 noches así que les pedí si me podían hacer aunque fuese un reembolso del 50% (obviamente no espero que me hagan un reembolso total)… sigo esperando respuesta. Una muy mala experiencia, ni volvería ni lo recomendaría. Además, las duchas no tienen nada de presión, lavarte el pelo es un reto

    Quiet and great location extremely central for Gili Air. Staff were so nice and the breakfast was great. Great value for what you pay. We stayed in October 2026 and it was 30deg C every day. Don’t get scared by the no air conditioning as the pool area is amazing to sit by!
