The BERCHY Apartments NOIR exceeded my expectations. I come to Liepaja every year in summer and stay in different hotels and apartments. This is definitely place I would like to return to. Very beautiful, clean and new, excellent location (both near the beach and city center). Also, very convenient if you come with the car - the private parking is just next to the building. The process of checking in and out is super easy too. So - I would definitely suggest these apartments to anyone who is looking for a great stay in Liepaja. Even if it is rainy or cold outside - this is the place that will keep you satisfied (bath with salt, fireplace, interior).
