    Excellent location and the possibility of parking in a private garage, which is a great advantage as there is very limited parking in the surrounding area.

    It was not clear from the listing that towels and bed linen were not provided. The apartment’s furnishings and equipment were quite worn and outdated. We were also very surprised to find out that guests are expected to take their rubbish with them when leaving.

    Host gentile, appartamento da migliorare

    Host molto gentile e disponibile, flessibilità sull’orario di check-in e check-out in base alle nostre esigenze. Nonostante non fossero comprese le lenzuola, vista la nostra richiesta, è stata gentile a farcele trovare in appartamento. Posizione centrale e vicino alla spiaggia di Rio Marina raggiungibile a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo.

    Alloggio non adatto ad un gruppo di 6 persone come eravamo noi in quanto gli spazi sono ristretti. Utensili della cucina e arredamento generale molto misero. Pulizia non ottima, es. forno e cassetti della cucina. Lavatrice non presente in casa, ma posizionata in una cantina nascosta non raggiungibile intuitivamente senza chiedere aiuto all’host. Ascensore guasto. Servizio di gestione rifiuti pessimo in quanto l’ospite deve occuparsi personalmente di caricare in macchina i rifiuti e portarli al porto per lo smaltimento. Soggiorno consigliato ad un massimo di 4 persone e per poche notti.
