Easy clear access instructions, staff organised parking nearby. We requested sofa bed to be made up as well as bedroom and everything done as we asked. We ate out but kitchenette very well equipped. Very good value and spotlessly clean.

    L'emplacement, la propreté, le confort.

Le bruit de la climatisation pour ceux qui dormaient dans le séjour.

    Location.

I certainly wouldn't call the accommodation "Berga Exclusive Suite"—at most, just "Berga Suite." The shower stall was moldy, and the toilet wasn't clean. The toilet seat didn't fit properly at all.
