Gute Lage aber leider kalt
Gute Lage in Meran und große Wohnung. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Fürs Frühstück ist ein Bäcker gleich um die Ecke und es gibt reservierte Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Zimmer waren geräumig mit großen Schränken und Betten waren auch bequem. Das beste war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, er war immer erreichbar und hat sein bestes gegeben um für uns da zu sein.
Die Bilder sind wohl direkt nach den Renovierungsarbeiten entstanden. Mittlerweile ist die Wohnung und die Möbel bereits wieder mehr abgenutzt und ramponiert. Eines der beiden Bäder ist sehr eng, sodass man kaum Zähneputzen kann. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war okay. In der Küche waren allerdings einige hartnäckige Speißereste am Boden geklebt, die der Wischroboter wohl nicht alleine geschafft hat. Zudem ist die Heizung Ende Oktober leider nur an einem Tag für ein paar Stunden funktioniert, sodass es recht kühl in der Wohnung wurde.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Zimmer waren grosszügig und geräumig und jeweils mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Auch die beiden Badezimmer sowie die Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Sowohl das Zentrum als auch der Bahnhof sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war fantastisch, unkompliziert und sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage nach Meran City. Parkplatz Tiefgarage Sehr sauber
Der 4.Stock ohne Aufzug ist ein Luxusproblem.
