    Filthy, Dysfunctional, and Thoroughly Disappointing

    After contacting customer service, they did change our bed sheets, but the room still smelled like sweat.

    Our stay was an absolute nightmare. To start, the room smelled intensely of body odor, a stench so heavy that leaving the windows wide open did nothing to air it out. Worse, the bedding had clearly not been changed; we found leftover hair from previous guests all over the sheets and pillows, which is utterly disgusting. On top of that, the radiator was completely out of order. We repeatedly verified that it was properly plugged in and switched on, but it simply did not work. The breaking point, however, was the induction stove. It shut off entirely in the middle of cooking dinner and became completely unresponsive, leaving our food raw and ruined. Additionally, the bathroom switch was broken and would fall right off whenever we tried to use it. Overall, this was an unacceptable, thoroughly terrible experience.

    Style over substance

    Modern, large, well equipped kitchen. Friendly, helpful communication from host.

    Entrance to building is awkward with luggage. No bedside tables No bedside lighting ( the only one in one of the bedrooms was broken) Electric sockets inconveniently positioned in bedrooms Dirty, stained sofa and rug, bedding and towels were very utility This place feels like a work in progress
