Die fußläufige Entfernung zur Innenstadt.
Zu kleine Grundfläche des Apartments. Durch die Küchenzeile im Flur sehr beengt.

De e-bikes waren een grote meerwaarde. De omgeving en het weer waren om het mooist. De bakker, het grootwarenhuis, het bus- en het treinstation waren in de onmiddellijke omgeving.
