    Nice location, service lacking integrity

    Nice location, nice apartment, parking right in front, smooth check-in.

    We arrived in the evening, and realized the room wasn't cleaned. Bedsheets, towels have not been changed. I called the contact person, he said he will arrange the change. We returned around 10 PM after dinner, nothing was done. The contact didn't pick up the phone. Then we realized there was no hot water. I could leave only messages. We left next morning. The host apologized and offered returning the money, but he did it in WhatsApp, not through the Booking.com portal where he previously communicated. Later, according to Booking.com, they refused the return. A problem can occur anywhere, but here I felt the service was not sincere.

    W sumie gdy będę w okolicy znów pomyślę o tym apartamencie.

    Lokalizacja jest świetna! Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Spokój i cisza (pomijając kościół).

    Brak klimatyzacji ,a była wpisana na wyposażeniu.

    Ich war für eine Woche Berufsschule dort. Sehr schön eingerichtet, ich hab mich ehrlich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt in der Küche auch alles, was man brauchen könnte. Kann ich also echt empfehlen, einen schönen Ausblick hatte ich auch👌🏽
