    The location was great, close to many interesting attractions. The pool and spa were good. The rooms were spacious, and the scenery was amazing.

    The staff were often unavailable and not very friendly. We booked two rooms but received only one key for each room. One of the rooms was occupied by our children, so we were worried that they might accidentally lock the door from the outside while the staff were unavailable. The next day, we asked for additional keys. The response was unclear and even included the phrase “bla bla bla!!!”, which felt very strange and, in my opinion, was not acceptable communication with guests. Eventually, the following day, the hotel owner brought us one additional key. Breakfast was fine, but it was exactly the same every day during our stay.
