Please note for Bed & breakfast bookings, Breakfast is served at the Crow Park Hotel, two doors away. During quieter times rooms may be moved in to equivalent rooms at the Crow Park Hotel. The £300 security deposit does not apply to bed & breakfast bookings. Keys are to be collected/deposited at the Crow Park Hotel two doors up the road from Berkekey House.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Enjoyable lovely spacious house

    Location Nice house Good cooking facilities Parking facilities great Lots of room , great dining table Nice friendly host

    Stairs challenging if you have mobility issues, all bedrooms upstairs , if you need a bedroom downstairs you would have to specifically ask , we were ok , just note if your legs are sore from hiking Need more tongs in kitchen + pot holders

    A lovely large house, great location. Very comfortable and clean, would stay again.

    Great location, between Keswick and Derwent water. Lots of space and rooms.

    Confusing how much you pay for what rooms to be unlocked.

    Fantastic facilities in central Keswick with parking!

    A very comfortable stay. Perfect for our requirements, with each of us staying having our own bathrooms. Great location and facilities. All our questions prior to our stay answered straight away. Makes life easy having parking, in Keswick! Will definitely book again!
