    The appartment is spacious and has everything you need. Its clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great, there is plenty to look at and there is a partial view of the sea. Host is very responsive and answers all of your questions. The apartment is perfect for access to the beach..

    These are more observations more than negatives to be aware of. The pool is more of a public lido than a holiday pool area but this is a result of the apartment being in a residential area, we didnt mind this because we enjoy meeting and interacting with the locals. With this in mind if you are heading to torremolinos for a pure tourist experience then you need to look at the hotels further down the promenade towards the old town centre. However if you dont mind a 20-25 minute walk yoy can find everything you need.

    La proximidad a la playa

    El piso era más antiguo de lo que aparentan las fotos. Otra cosa a mejorar es el menaje de la cocina y tenia hormigas cuando llegamos. Ademas de que solo hemos podido aparcar la mitad de los días en el parking. Es muy complicado conseguir plaza libre.

    Leuk maar het appartement kon beter.

    Het uitzicht en de bereikbaarheid van winkels, het strand en restaurants.

    Het appartement is toe aan verbetering. De lift begaf het steeds, de muren en deuren waren in slechte staat. Zeker de buitendeur van het appartement moet gemaakt worden. De wc blijft geregeld vastzitten waardoor het water blijft lopen. De zonwering op het balkon maakt door de wind heel veel lawaai waardoor we geen goede nachtrust hadden. Het zwembad werd niet degelijk proper gemaakt.
