Great budget place to stay.
It was in the old town and every where was walkable. The room also had a kettle and a small fridge with cutlery and plates. The shower was excellent and the mattress was firm.
No windows so some people might find it claustrophobic and it could be very noisy at night, so ear plugs recommended.

Location, authentic, good climatecoomer, modern bathroom.
A review of the karaoke bar… I mean, the apartment. The karaoke bar about 50 meters away provided free nightly entertainment that we definitely did not ask for. Even with the doors and windows closed, we could hear the entire concert from the apartment. Great if you enjoy karaoke from the comfort of your bed, less great if you’re trying to sleep. We don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. We also wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values basic safety, as there were no smoke detectors in the apartment, which was a bit concerning for us. That said, there were definitely some positives. The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, and the apartment has a lot of authentic charm, in an old Croatian building, with a modern bathroom. The climatecooler also worked very well, which was much appreciated.

It was a wonderful way to start our trip in Croatia. We loved Split and the room was perfect.
Location, met all our needs, great host- very communicative.
It was extremely loud at night, since it was down the alley from a restaurant during World Cup games. Not their fault but ear plugs would help.
