    Muy buen departamento totalmente recomendado, buena ubicacion, baños espectaculares. Host 10/10 muy amable

    Buena ubicación, el host fue increible, los 2 baños del departamento muy buenos. Cocina completa.

    Todo estuvo muy bien, el host se porto increible con nosotros. Lo unico a considerar es que en el primer piso hay un sofa cama, para nosotros no hubo problema, pero para alguien mayor quizas podria no ser tan comodo. Lo mismo con las escaleras hacia la planta de arriba para alguien mayor. Sin embargo es solo 1 piso que hay que subir dentro del departamento para llegar al cuarto. La cama en el piso de arriba esta perfecta, muy comoda para 2 personas, tiene todo disponible. Departamento muy recomenado, el host se porto increible con nosotros.

    Recommended for a pleasant stay

    The property is new and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay very convenient. It’s located close to large supermarkets, and the bus stop to the city center is just a 4–5 minute walk away. Alessandro and Alessandra were very kind and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay!

    There is a tourist tax (around 5,8€ pp/per night) in Bologna, but this was not mentioned in the apartment’s listing, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

    Comfort was at a very good level. The photos are consistent with reality. The hosts were very nice, helpful and answered all questions. I recommend!

    The apartment looks exactly like the photos in booking.com. Alessandro was super helpful with all our requests and supported us a lot. Good public transportation options. Parking available.

    Everything was great.
