Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, ale jego standard i rzeczywisty wygląd nie odpowiadają cenie ani deklarowanym 4 gwiazdkom.
Super lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się blisko wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji w Hanoi. Dzięki temu można wygodnie zwiedzać miasto i dotrzeć pieszo do wielu ciekawych miejsc. Świetna baza wypadowa do odkrywania Hanoi!
Cena hotelu nie jest adekwatna do jego standardu. Hotel jest stary i widać, że wymaga odświeżenia oraz remontu. Moim zdaniem nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Zdjęcia zamieszczone w ofercie znacznie odbiegają od rzeczywistości i mogą wprowadzać w błąd. Niestety, rzeczywisty stan hotelu nie spełnił moich oczekiwań.

A lovely place to stay with family or friends
The room was clean, nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and it was nice to have a comfortable room to return to after a day out exploring the area.

I hadn’t been back to northern Vietnam for quite a long time, and finding this room turned out to be a lucky choice. It was clean, neat and looked just as nice in person as I had hoped. After spending time travelling, having a comfortable room to come back to was important to me. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome, even though I was new to the place. Kate deserves a special mention because she was always ready to help and made things much easier for me during my stay. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and the way she handled my requests. It was a good experience, and I left with a very positive impression.

The hotel is located in the center and is clean. The management team and staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Pho is my favorite.

For the price, I thought the overall quality was really good. The facilities were modern and the services were convenient, which made things easy during my stay. I was travelling with my extended family, and the staff were particularly helpful with us. Having someone around to help when needed made a noticeable difference.
