Nie wieder in dieses Hotel
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral nur wenige Schritte vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer waren allesamt sehr groß!
Wir waren eine achtköpfige österreichische Fahrradgruppe und haben in dem Hotel übernachtet. Zum Abendessen haben wir im Hotel-Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert. Der junge Kellner war von Anfang an äußerst unfreundlich unwillig und spürbar unerfreut dass er uns bedienen musste obwohl es keinerlei Konfliktsituationen gab. Zu den anwesenden tschechischen Gästen war er freundlich. Auch das anwesende Reinigungspersonal hat ab 22 15 Uhr begonnen uns hinaus zu ekeln obwohl das Restaurant laut Beschreibung bis 23 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Ich habe ein derart abweisendes und rüpelhaftes Verhalten noch nie erlebt! Achtung! Wir hatten unsere Zimmer alle im zweiten Stock. Die Stufen dorthin sind teilweise steil und vor allem bei Gehbehinderung schwer zu bewältigen.

Ubytování, hezké čisté. Trochu jsme se báli, že nám v noci bude horko, jelikož na apartmánu nebyla klimatizace (přes den 35C), ale spalo se velmi příjemně s otevřenými okny. Líbila se nám autenticity ubytování Besídka, hlavně původní kamenné schody a parkování ze zadní strany areálu za bránou. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Personál (zřejmě vedoucí na baru) byla příjemná a především velmi profesionální, věnovala se nám ihned, i přesto, že v restauraci bylo úplně plno.
Připadal jsem si jako by po Slavonicích putovali medvědi. Alespoň podle neskutečně otravné rolničky, která byla součástí klíče od pokoje.
