    The best part of our stay, the owner was always contactable and helped us out with our transport and room ammenities. Highly appreciate the late check-in and support. Very friendly people!

    We had several issues with cleanliness and it seemed like the staff came to our room after we left for tour.

    Great location, not too busy and lovely staff

    Smooth check in with Ms Anna, who contacted me beforehand to ensure we were collected at the airport by the driver. Nice clean room and bathroom. We were privileged to be able to have the booking which included free breakfast during our 3 night stay. The Vietnamese breakfast options were very tasty and gave us a taste of Hoi An local cuisine Ms Anna was very helpful in providing us options to visit places during our stay. Nothing was too much of a problem for Ms Anna and her fellow staff. Location 10 minutes walk from Hoi An ancient town. Close to local cafes with a gym next door to the villa. Beautiful flowers and green space around the villa. Booking com stated that a damage of 500.000 Vietnamese dong was required on checking in but Ms Anna confirmed this was not required. If you are paying for your stay when you check in, please ensure you have cash for payment as it was not stated on the booking.com confirmation.

    There was nothing we did not like. Please remember to close the windows before it gets dark , on rainy evenings as mosquitos did love us quite a bit.
