    Good but not sure I want to return

    Great staff, good selection in bar and decent food.

    You are provided only 2 capsules of coffee and the staff needs to control Coffee capsules and water! For a EURO 250 per day this is strange. Also their ECO system on Aircon sucks. We had to call the maintainence twice to get the room cool. They also donot have fans to help with air circulation. Really strange.

    Nice enough

    Nice pool and central garden area. Good breakfast.

    Felt it was quite expensive for what it was. Bessa have two hotels in Porto. Baixa is not in the Baixa area which is confusing for taxi drivers. This should be made clearer to customers. Concierge at the other Bessa hotel was superb.
