    Piekarnia na ulicy oraz sklepy spożywcze w bliskiej odległości, metro 10 min spacerem od obiektu.

    Bardzo głośna okolica, skwerek widoczny od strony sypialni tętnił życiem towarzyskim lokalnej społeczności do bardzo późnych godzin nocnych. Z restauracji poniżej cały czas wydobywały się zapachy z kuchni głównie cebuli. Klatka schodowa i wejście do budynku wieczorami bardzo ciemno i niezbyt przyjemnie. Opis obiektu nie do końca zgodny z rzeczywistością. Za ścianą oraz na terenie całego obiektu bardzo głośni sąsiedzi którzy potrafili po północy wiercić w ścianach. Z 3 nocy 2 nieprzespane :( Wieczorem strach wyjść, okolica nieprzyjemna, nie czułyśmy się tam bezpiecznie.
