Perfekt gelegen.Man kann die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.Alternativ Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Schöne Terrasse und Blick auf den Garten.Das Appartement liegt versetzt über der Roxy Bar, aber ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man erreicht den wunderschönen Strand Bellevue fußläufig in wenigen Minuten. Gute Kommunikation mit Frau Stela, der Vermieterin.

Soggiorno piacevole.
L'host é stata molto gentile,dopo averla contattata é arrivata rapidamente,ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. L'appartamento si trova molto vicino a supermercati ,fast food e mezzi pubblici.
Siamo arrivati a Dubrovnik in autobus fermandoci alla stazione centrale dei bus, il navigatore c'è lo dava a poche centinaia di metri,quindi abbiamo deciso di farla a piedi costeggiando il porto nuovo,solo che ci siamo trovati poi difronte ad una scalinata molto faticosa da fare soprattutto se si hanno bagagli pesi(noi avevamo solo due trolley), anche all'entrata dell'appartamento ci sono diverse scale. Nella descrizione dell'appartamento c'è la presenza di un patio con tavolino e sedie,sembra sia esclusivo dell'appartamento, ma in realtà è in comune con gli altri e non è molto pulito, è praticamente il tetto del bar sottostante, poi l'accesso è dalle 9 alle 21, dopodiché è chiuso. Anche il giardino che si vede nelle foto delle finestre di cucina non è accessibile,quindi in realtà l'appartamento non ha un proprio spazio all'aperto dove potersi rilassare di sera o dove poter fare colazione la mattina. L'appartamento è vicino al centro,a circa 15 minuti a piedi, molto comodo all'andata perché quasi tutta in discesa,al ritorno però c'è da considerare che è tutta in salita, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi perché abituati a camminare,ma per chi non lo é,meglio prendere i mezzi.

Η τοποθεσία είναι κοντά στην παλιά πόλη. Η Stella η οικοδέσποινα εξαιρετική. Πολύ φιλική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.
Δεν έχει εύκολο parking. Γενικότερα όμως στο Ντουμπρόβνικ υπάρχει θέμα με το πάρκινγκ
