    Booking.com and this property offer ZERO customer service or a duty of care for their guests, scam

    Unclean apartment with dust, mould and mildew, foodstuff and blood on sheets. Checked out after one night due to uncleanliness. Completely unacceptable, scam and owner is being taken to court over refund
