  Avoid this property at all costs!!! Hostile hosts, filthy conditions, and a misrepresented listing!

  The only positive of this property was the location. When traveling to Morocco this is our favorite area to look for accommodations.

  A deeply unacceptable experience at this property. It needs to be removed from the platform due to severe misrepresentation and extremely inappropriate host behavior. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property because the keys were missing from the lockbox. The hosts were largely unresponsive—barely answering texts and ignoring multiple phone calls. It took calls from several different people before anyone finally answered. When we finally reached the male host, he abruptly said “OK, OK” and hung up, offering no assistance and clearly having no idea where the keys were. They were ultimately found at a shop across the street after significant stress. When we called back to update him, he began shouting, “If you don’t like it, you can leave,” which we have recorded. This was completely unacceptable, especially late at night with no ability to rebook elsewhere. The property itself was also severely misrepresented. The listing photos do not reflect the actual condition. The unit had not been properly cleaned or stocked. There were no toiletries at all—no shampoo, conditioner, soap, or TOILET PAPER! No clean towels were available; the only ones present were stained or left wet and bunched up on the balcony (we couldn't shower). Several amenities were non-functional, including the TV, and the coffee maker contained a used, foul-smelling pod with no replacements. The apartment was dirty and deteriorated, with chipped walls, brown stains, and a strong musty odor. We have traveled extensively and do not mind modest accommodations, but we have always experienced respectful communication and basic cleanliness—especially in Morocco, where hosts are typically wonderful. This property created an extremely stressful and unpleasant start to the trip.
