    El agrado y la atención del personal que gestiona los apartamentos. Apartamento es bonito, amplio y luminoso, cercano a la playa de Baleal. Tiene buenas vistas y dos balcones.

    El apartamento necesitaría una reforma, está bien pero algo viejo. Los principales inconvenientes son las paredes, que son muy finas y se oye roncar al vecino, y la cercanía de campos agrícolas de regadío que favorecen la proliferación de mosquitos.

    Da localização, perto da praia.

    Da falta de limpeza (cotão, migalhas e um pacote de batatas fritas debaixo do sofá), alguns utensílios da cozinha degradados (ferrugem), no fogão, não estar visível as indicações (temperatura e outras), uma das almofadas da sala ter um buraco de ter sido queimada, as mantas do sofá não estavam limpas, o estendal estava danificado e sujo, e do prédio não ter elevador.
